There is much to do in the way of relaxation and fitness at the St. Davids Hotel through the soothing treatments and facilities of the Marine Spa. The spa specialises in thalassotherapy, ESPA treatments and products, and OXYjet facials. Fitness amenities at the hotel include a 15m swimming pool with adjacent sauna, studio classes, fully equipped gym and a relaxation lounge for the post-workout wind-down. Individual programmes and personal consultations are also available to help you make the most of the facilities.
The Marine Spa offers an extensive treatment menu, including beauty, massage or holistic treatments in one of the hotel’s 14 therapy rooms. There are also several hydrotherapy pools and water massage options. Additional facilities include an in-house hairdresser and the Waves eatery for a healthy lunch.
The Spa offers a range of packages, including Day Spa or evening Twilight Retreats, inclusive of your chosen treatment and lunch (or evening dinner). A Residential Spa package is also available, which incorporates spa benefits and overnight stay at the five-star St. Davids Hotel, as well as resident lift access to the spa.
The spa is open between 7am and 10pm daily, with treatments and therapies available between 9am and 9pm. The swimming pool is open to children between the hours of 11.30am to 1.30pm and 5pm to 6pm.
